El desempleo se desploma y AMLO pide convenio a maquiladoras para dar trabajo a migrantes
Tal parece que el presidente prefiere dar empleo a migrantes extranjeros para mantener su relación con Trump en vez de preocuparse por los propios mexicanos

The hundreds of Central Americans in the "Way of the Cross" migrant caravan have infuriated Trump, but they are not moving very fast -- if at all -- and remain far from the US border. As Trump vowed Tuesday to send troops to secure the southern US border, the caravan was camped out for the third straight day in the town of Matias Romero, in southern Mexico, more than 3,000 kilometers (1,800 miles) from the United States.

Como parte de su estrategia para frenar el flujo migratorio, el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador anunció esta mañana que firmará un convenio con varias empresas dedicadas a la maquila para que hasta 40 mil migrantes puedan obtener un empleo.
“La semana próxima se firmará un convenio para que se dé empelo en maquiladoras a migrantes… 40 mil empleos, tienen ellos disposición para 40 mil migrantes. No va a haber ningún problema legal, estamos resolviendo para que puedan ser contratados”, explicó desde Palacio Nacional.
Por otra parte, Obrador indicó que los gobiernos estatales que cuentan con frontera hacia los países centroamericanos se han mostrado bastante cooperativos y aseguraron ayudar con el proyecto, incluso integrantes de la ONU contribuirán con su asesoría.
